Great service and very informative. Shop is clean simple but sufficient amount of the devices. Copious amounts of in-store made juice flavors. Even Definitely recommend it

I had purchased a Mr Fog disposable vape that did not work out of the box. When I went back to the store to see possible resolutions they directed me to email Mr Fog as they can help. After emailing back and forth they directed me back to the store. The person working at the store told me there is nothing we can do

Haven’t visited this place in a while, however they always seem to have nicotine salts that I am able to immediately enjoy. Whether they are fruity, minty, icy, or tropical, any juice or salt that you choose is bound to appear in your top 10.

Has quickly become my go to spot for juice and replacement cartridges. Really can’t be beat on price. Service is always quick and friendly.

Love this shop. Shipments Tuesday afternoon if there don't have your thing. Amazing selection and nice girls that know the stuff etc. Wish I got dr pepper as well. I can vape on a treadmill for an hr and box. Curbs did craving for me.. for me is weight loss as well

Update: Westbrook location told me to call the head office (there is no head office, so I called the North location whose manager confirmed there is no head office). The North location's manager said they'll talk to Westbrook's manager and then Westbrook will call me to arrange for an exchange since there was probably contamination of the juice. Been waiting a week, still no call.Still got the full bottle of juice, it smells and tastes like lemon-scented Lysol mixed with nail polish remover.The flavor is citrus mix, 50/50, 5mg nic salt btw.Cherry lime is good.. every other flavor I tried tasted like chemicals and burnt my coils in about 2 hits. Been using this vape for 2 years, many brands of juice with no problems til now.Not worth the price, even if its cheaper.I guess if you like the juice you get here, keep getting it.... but I wouldn't recommend this to a friend. Maybe an enemy? I'd still feel bad.And yes, the staff is quite nice like everyone says.

If you want a good selection and outstanding customer service this is the place for you! I've noted several customers are not only greeted by their name but staff know what their favorite juice is. Customers are clearly valued at this location, and staff are always friendly and go above and beyond. This is why I keep coming back, and you should too :).

Cool vape is pretty awesome lots and lots of options and products. I only ordered ones online and I’m happy with my order. My only complaint is that they use Canada post for local delivery so you have to wait a few days.. not a big deal per say but I was out of everything and ordered delivery thinking it be a local or in house delivery. So just something to keep in mind.
